Objective:
The main objective of this mid-term evaluation is to assess the progress and impact being made in the lives of women and youth enrolled in the CORE Project intervention areas by World Vision Rwanda (WVR) in Rusizi and Nyamasheke districts.
Scope of the assignment:
- Assessing changes in annual revenues for beneficiaries as well as in perceptions as result of cooperative participation,
- Assessing off-farm businesses established and run by women and youth in the intervention area,
- Assessing extent to which women and youth, through business creation, access financial services and their capacity to utilize them,
- Assessing extent to which women and youth access information technology and their capacity to utilize it in order to support off-farm businesses, and
- Comparing evaluation and baseline findings in order to advise on the way of improving CORE project implementation.
