Objective and scope:
Ikiraro seeks to establish a framework for working with skilled Rwandan analysts and researchers on contextual analysis assignments in the future. Through this framework, the programme can establish better relationships with experts in a wider variety of thematic and technical areas and can deliver value for money for its donor organizations by creating more competition between bidding organizations and consultants with strong experience and track record of the relevant sector.
