Objective:
The impact evaluation end line survey intended to formally document the entire status of the project achievements in the intervention sites, using a comparison group similar to pre-identified sites that did not benefit LWH project activities.
Scope of the assignment:
- This end-line survey was carried out in order to provide end-line representative levels of achievements on key project outcome indicators to inform the overall impact assessment of the project by MINAGRI and its partners. Specifically, the scope of this report is to provide a description of the level of achievements on major targets set for the project outcome indicators;
- The end-line survey was planned to cover a total sample of pre-listed 1,800 households (HHs). These households constitute both the treatment group (set as beneficiaries) and the control group (set for comparison).
