Mrs. Ruth Dusabe, a research assistant at the High Lands Centre of Leadership for Development (HLC-L4D), is an economist holding a Master of Art in Economics from Mahatma Gandhi University, Rwanda and Bachelor’s degree in economics from Independent University of Kigali, Rwanda. She has an extensive experience of 8 years in quantitative and qualitative data collection. She has worked with research institutes and centres, as enumerator and field supervisor, on a range of agricultural, socio-economical and gender related studies. Some of these institutions include HLC-L4D, Institute of Policy and Research (IPAR), Streamline survey LTD, Hope international, HHC, Plan International Rwanda, among others. She is working as research assistant having responsibility of providing field reports and assist research fellows to perform preliminary analysis.
